We are delighted to communicate that Formenti E Giovenzana SpA is already preparing the production activities to ensure a full-capacity resumption starting from Monday 4th May, ensuring the strictest health and safety regulations are followed and respected in each department and office, in compliance with the provisions of the DPCM of 26/04/2020.

This period of forced closure has given us the desire to recommence with enthusiasm and achieve the efficiency necessary to face the challenges that lie ahead.

With thanks to our customers who have been patient and to all of our employees who have been able to adapt to this particular situation and on whom we can depend for a quick return to normality.

During this period of global health and economic crisis, especially in Italy, Formenti E Giovenzana SpA, keeping faith with the values that have distinguished it for over 70 years, would like to communicate that the members of the Board of Directors of Formenti E Giovenzana SpA, its CEO and Managers have agreed by mutual consent to reduce their remuneration by 20%.

A gesture of solidarity and coherence in consideration of this emergency period.
